"Good quality, but the price feels avoidable"
The quality is definitely nice, and I’m happy with it overall. I just wish the prices were a bit lower, because that extra cost feels kind of avoidable.

I picked up one of their fleece tops it’s nicer than a lot of others I’ve had. It’s thick enough to feel warm, but not so stiff that it’s uncomfortable, which you’d expect from a good fleece anyway. I’ve washed it a few times and worn it a bunch, and the stitching still looks solid. It’s definitely not the cheapest, but the quality is there

I ordered from Dudley Stephens and wasn’t totally sure about the sizing at first, but it ended up fitting me really well. I’m usually a medium and the medium was just right, not tight but not all loose and baggy either. The sleeves were a good length too, which I’m always weirdly picky about lol. Overall super comfy, easy to wear, and I’m happy with the fit.

"Found what I needed, mostly"
I was able to get the fleece I was looking for, so that was good, and the checkout part was straightforward. Some of the colors I wanted weren’t available in my size anymore, which was kind of a bummer, so I just went with another one. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish there had been a few more size options left

"A little stiffer than I hoped"
I was expecting this to be more comfortable, especially since I usually sit for long stretches in the evenings after work, but it starts to feel stiff after a while. It’s not terrible, and maybe I just need something softer in general, but it wasn’t quite as comfy as I thought it would be

"Good item, shipping was a bit slow"
I do like the item itself, so no real complaints there, but the shipping was kind of just... okay. It took longer than I thought it would, and I kept checking the tracking because the updates weren’t super clear, which was a little annoying. Not the worst shipping experience or anything, just slower than I expected. I’d probably order again, but definitely not if I needed it quickly.

"Exchange was easy, refund took a little time"
The return process was simple, and the exchange went smoothly without much hassle. To be fair, the refund took a bit longer than I expected, but everything did get sorted in the end.

I’m annoyed. After just a few washes, it already started pilling. I expected it to hold up better than that.

"Fell apart way too quickly for me"
In my experience, this just didn’t hold up well. The seams started ripping after only two washes, which was disappointing. I personally wouldn’t say it was worth the money.

"Cute, but I was still freezing"
I really wanted this to work for me because it looks cute, but of course it ended up not being warm enough. I wore it expecting at least some decent warmth, and I still felt cold the whole time. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it just didn’t do what I needed

I’ve been really into the look of Dudley Stephens lately. Their pieces have that clean, simple style that doesn’t feel plain, and the colors are super easy to work into everyday outfits.
I also appreciate that the whole experience feels organized, like the order emails and receipt were easy to find without any hassle. Overall, everything has that casual but put-together vibe, comfy enough for regular days but still nice enough to wear out.

"I had an issue with my order and..."
I had an issue with my order and tried getting in touch, but it took way too long for anyone to respond. When they finally did, the reply felt rushed, like they hadn’t really read what I sent. I had to explain the same thing more than once, and even then I never got a straight answer. after that, I don’t really trust their customer service to handle problems properly. For what they charge, I expected a lot better. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"I was hoping the fleece would come out..."
I was hoping the fleece would come out of the wash looking pretty much the same, but after just one wash it already looked a little worn and had some pilling. To me, it felt like it aged faster than it should have.
